Mac Leopard Upgrade?

I love my MacBook Pro and it is by far the best notebook computer I have ever owned.  I bought is about 18 months ago before Leopard came out and I haven't had any issues with the operating system.  I am wondering if the benefits of upgrading to Leopard are truly worth the effort.  For those of you who have done this upgrade did you install the upgrade right over your existing operating system or did you do a clean install from scratch?  I am running parallels and would love not to have to reinstall it along with my MLS software, zip forms and lock box software all over again.  I am hopefull that installing over my existing operating system will be a smooth upgrade but am interested in hearing about others experiences.

Sam,

I was able upgrade to Leopard without any problems. Parallels had no issues. The upgrade is definitely worth it. There's a host of new features that are really nice. I recommend doing an archive and install and not a straight upgrade. Also, please have your data backed up! There's a new feature in Leopard that allows you to manually or automactically back up from the upper toolbar. I found the upgrade easy to do.
