Recent Knox County Ohio Pending Home Sales Activity By Price Range

The report above helps you visualize the pending home sales activity that is taking place compared to the remaining and available homes for sale in Knox County Ohio.  This graphic helps make it easy to understand because you can see the available homes for sale by each price range and you can see the number of pending home sales by price groups.  The majority of the pending home sales are in the $250,000 and below groups and there are far fewer pending home sales above $250,000.  This is logical because of the area average income and the average home sale in Knox County Ohio remains well under $150,000 throughout the year.  (The pending report is as reported to the Knox County Ohio MLS on 10-19-2014).

It looks like the bulk of homes are selling between the $50,000 to $250,000 price ranges.

This pending home sales graph is very easy to follow and the numbers are actually fairly accurate for the Apple Valley Lake as well.

This report clearly shows that the bulk of the home sales activity ranges from $50,000 to $250,000.  Each year there are typically about a dozen waterfront homes that sell from $250,000 to $750,000.
