Some time ago I posted a couple of photos of my 1984 Corvette hot rod project and thought I would post a link detailing the progress we have made. I have recently added a VillageMaker website by Real Pro Systems and this social networking website has so many neat uses that I decided I would use one of my unlimited websites to highlight the build of the Vette. Here is a photo of the Vette before the project started:
This link includes some photos of when I first bought the car and this is when the car actually looked like a car before we started cutting it up: http://www.knoxcountyfriends.com/Corvettes/Posts/3177. Once you have viewed the initial post you can see some of the transition that the car has gone through by selecting any of the recent articles on the right side of the site. If you are a Corvette purist you can skip viewing this site because this car is not about polishing, detailing or showing the car...it is about building a car that is extremely light, screaming fast and fun. Custom made brakes: http://www.knoxcountyfriends.com/Corvettes/Posts/3181. Photos of the twin fuel system and the nitrous specific fuel cell: http://www.knoxcountyfriends.com/Corvettes/Posts/3183. On the ground with wheels: http://www.knoxcountyfriends.com/Corvettes/Posts/3176. Here is a link to the main site: http://www.knoxcountyfriends.com/Corvettes so if you are interested you can check back on the project as it finally starts looking like a car once again.
Happy Hot Rodding!
