Another Affordable Mount Vernon Ohio Home Just SOLD in January 2013

Mount Vernon, Ohio is experiencing a really nice boost in home sales activity with more purchase offers and buyer interest than compared to any January since 2007.  The lower and mid priced homes are super affordable especially when you consider that we are at record lows when it comes to fixed rate mortgages and interest rates.

The home below just SOLD today but you can view all of our Knox County Ohio bank owned home by visiting this link.  You can also view all of our available Knox County Ohio homes for sale that are priced at $100,000 and below by clicking this link.  The majority of these homes will be cheaper than renting a similar sized apartment or rental home on a monthly basis.
