HDR Photography - Making homes look great even in the Winter time!

HDR photography is an amazing technology tool and it can make such a huge difference in your online marketing.  Many of the newest point a shoot cameras offer an HDR feature such as certain Panasonic Lumix models but my favorite HDR photos are being created using the newest professional level full frame DSLR models that are made by Canon.  I took the farm field photo that is featured below and I varied the 3 photos by -3 and +3 which helps give the photo a little added pop along with some extra depth.  It took me  less than a minute to create this image.

Real Estate listings have to look good online and in print if you want to have showings... this is a given.  We've been doing HDR photography under our business name now for almost 5 years, and many of our photographers... including myself have been doing it for almost a decade.

Here is an example of HDR real estate photography that we completed for Bonnie Robinson of Resident Realty.  The home is located at 8108 Firethorn Dr in Loveland CO and is not far from Fort Collins and Horsetooth reservoir.

Please call Bonnie Robinson at 970.217.1113 if you have a client that should see this one in person.

Some of these cameras are just too much. I love the technological age we are in. Love that top photo. The video is amazing. The transitions are not believable yet you see them right there in front of you. These cameras must be very expensive.

I too love the technological age we live in.  I just got a Nikon 5100 a year ago, and it takes fantastic photos-- I even got a compliment a week ago from my latest seller on his listing pictures!  It is all about the pictures-- I had over 20 inquiries in the first 24 hours!  In that price range were a lot of REO listings with only one or two pictures.  I think the pictures played a big role in getting the house a lot of interest and multiple offers!

My new Nikon P510 has the HDR option on it to, sure makes it easy to take those shots now. Thanks for your post.
