New Short Sale Product Offered By Real Pro Systems At NAR in Las Vegas

Joe Lininger of Real Pro Systems is by far my favorite internet guru.  I always enjoy meeting up with Joe and I had the opportunity to spend a couple of hours with him before and during the National Association of Realtors Annual Convention this week.  Real Pro Systems is very well known for their lead generation stealth websites, their agent podcasts, agent blogs and their lender sites.  Joe shared with me that Real Pro Systems has just released a new Short Sale Product.  With the number of foreclosures in America on the rise I am sure that agents will certainly benefit from this new service.   You can check them out at www.RealProSystems.com

Sam,

I tried to find information about it and I could not find information about short sales, maybe I was so surfed so fast, but can you let me know about the link that tells you about it ? also, how much is the subscription ?  has it worked for you ? has you got good deals through this system?

thank you

Ray - I believe they just launched the new Short Sale product at NAR so it is probably not on their website yet.  I can absolutely sing high praises for their websites and their podcasts...so much so that I had them build a second website for me that is specifically branded for a second market that I work.

Hello, we are starting an REO Division at my brokerage, any suggestions?
Posted by Annette Dewberry (Supreme Manor Real Estate Services) about 11 years ago

Annette - Are you talking about a short sales/preforeclosure department or a REO division?

Posted by Sam Miller, Knox County Ohio Real Estate Specialist (RE/MAX Stars Realty) about 11 years ago
Sam, Our divsion is all inclusive, we start with the pre-foreclosure stage where we process the BPO, make contact with the owner or listing agent to assist with finding a buyer to prevent the property from going back into the banks inventory.  If the propert is not sold, we then list the property for the bank on the open market.  We also try to work out a refinance program with the owner if they want to keep the property.

Annette - It sounds like you are already on your way to a successful plan.  Have you arranged an investment group for buying the heavy duty fixer uppers yet?  This is HUGE and will help you move some homes that otherwise might sit on the market due to the amount of work they need.

Annette - Thanks for the nice e-mail.  You are on the right track and it sounds like your ability to locate buyers and investors for these listings is a huge service to the clients and the banks you are representing. advance I am sure helps you

Sam thanks for the heads up. I heard about it but now you've confirmed it for me. Any idea when they plan on releasing the short sale sites? Best of luck.

Sam,

Yes Real Pro is right on target with this new product and I agree that it will be a huge benefit to so many agents today who are trying to assist their clients in the challenging mire the short sale process.  Thanks so much for bringing this to attention!

Vincent - I think if you contact them on Monday they would be happy to talk with you about it.  The group at Real Pro Systems are great to work with and I love the daily webinars that you can take and learn online.

Allyson - I agree with you that this product will help many agents and especially help their clients during such a challenging time.

Hey Sam,

I talked to Charlee at RPS and she said that they should be launching the new Short Sale Product in the next couple weeks. It looks like it will be a good integration into the already existing RPS template. It will require some marketing $ to make it work. I will check it out when it is available.

Hi Sam:

I received an email about this new short sale product. It sounds great. I've been thinking about getting one of their websites, but wondered how traffic gets driven to these sites. Is this something that you do yourself like with pay-per-click or does Real Pro help in those efforts??? Curious ...

You can buy RPS PPC program but don't expect them to tell you what they're clicking...that's a military secret that you cannot improve upon.
