Sam Miller Obtains Client Discounts From Lowes

Before homeowners list their homes they typically spend time preparing their home for sale.  I offer my clients a specialized Video/DVD's called "Preparing Your Home For Sale" that shows homeowners some tips and tricks that help get your home in show ready condition and now I have something new for each homeowner I represent.  I have recently obtained a 10% discount for my clients with Lowes along with other additional rebates and free deliver offers on major appliances.  I can register anyone wanting me to list their home with me and all you need to do is let me know you will be selling your home and within a week or less you should get your discount certificate in the mail from me.  It is SUPER easy and you can use the certificate to save up to $1,000.

Consider that when most people list their home they spend time cleaning the interior and exterior of their home, they do some repainting of walls and trim if needed, they replace old or worn carpeting, they add brighter wattage light bulbs, they clear out the clutter from the basements, closets and garage space in an attempt to make the house look and show it's best.  This is yet another reason why it is always best to work with The Sam Miller Team...we can save you time, money and provide you added value beyond just selling your home.

For homebuyers I have good news for you also because I can register you once you place your purchase offer on your home and I can get you a 10% discount also.  This will come in handy when you want to do decorating or make personalized changes to your new home.  I can also register you to receive rebates towards features like paint, door key sets, free delivery on appliances over $397 and I can even get you a 20% discount on special order carpeting.  If you want decorating tips for your new home I can now get you a FRE subscription for "Lowes Creative Ideas" which is great magazine for Home and Garden ideas and improvements.

Watch for additional announcements for future discounts for my clients and customers because I am committed to providing you with value and service after the purchase and sale of your home.

Sam

This program really is a great added on benefit for our customers and clients. I have been impressed with the quality of the Lowes mailers and my customers really enjoy appreciate the discounts.  Thanks for reminding me to catch up on my reward program tomorrow. :)

welcome to AR!  quite an honor to have a classic Star among us here. =)  I love the look of the Lowe's stuff myself and clients are happy with it.  Question though-I heard a rumor that Lowe's is collecting our client information in a plan to get into our side of the business in a couple of years.  Anyone else heard about that?  any truth in it?

I have not heard that. They seem to stay with their knitting. I have not read anything about that. I am looking to buy their stock as an investment.

I have not heard anything about this either.  I never enter my client e-mail address and I typically use their initial address as the mailing address for the certificates so in about 80% of the cases I should be safe.

I've not used this service as it requires giving out client information, so I was glad to read Sam's post about the benefits. I think I'll use it in the future, but first ask the client if they'd like it, and let them know that I'll need to give out their address in order for them to receive the coupons.

I would like to know if you went through a local manager at a store, Sam, or if this is a corporate program with a national point of contact. How does an agent sign up?

I use this program both online and with a mailer and my clients love it!
