Waterfront Sales Activity for 2008
I am curious if those of you who specialize in waterfront and lake property are seeing your sales activity increase, decrease or if your current sales are stable compared to last year at this time? I am hearing comments from other agents within my market that their sales are much slower for the first 5 months of the year and I personally haven't experienced that for the listings I have handled. I did an MLS search and I am seeing strong activity and our website traffic is higher than ever so I am curious if this is an issue in your market with your waterfront and lake homes. If you have time run a quick MLS report and compared the first 5 months of 2008 to the same time period in 2007 and let us know how your market is doing.

New Apple iPhone On The Horizon?
I have been hearing rumors that Apple is working on a newer version of their popular iPhone. I have been doing some searching online and I have not found anything solid confirming this beyond forum chit chat. If you know anything about the upcoming feature enhancements I would love to hear from you. Some features I would love to see added are video recording, video conferencing like iChat using wifi or cellular broadband and an SD card slot for added storage and ease of transfer.
