Apple Valley Ohio Lake Community by Sam Miller

I am a huge Seth Godin fan and I love marketing more than the average real estate agent.  I have read all Seth's books and have been following him for a long time but especially after reading some of his columns in Fast Company.  A couple of weeks ago I was in our Columbus Ohio Barnes and Nobles store at Easton and ran across "The Dip" on audio CD for only $5...and I knew I had to have it. 

I can not give a high enough recommendation for this CD and for only five bucks it will be the best money you spend in 2007.  

We live in a society that wants instant information and those who provide this type of service are able to create a sincere advantage over others who either can't or won't provide this level of service. 

An idea I have been kicking around is building a text message contact template within each of my listing web pages so that a buyer can instantly contact me via a text message that is 160 characters or less.  I believe there is strong value in using this type of service and I have a feeling the buying public would love the instant response feature so the real question is has anyone done this yet and if so can you share with us your success?
